자격 요건

  • 마케팅, 커뮤니케이션, 비즈니스 전략 분야에서 5-6년 이상의 관련 경험. 광고, 인터넷 또는 게임 산업에서의 경험이 바람직합니다.
  • 한국 게이밍 산업 및 B2B 마케팅 환경에 대한 좋은 이해.
  • 한국에서 통합 마케팅 전략 개발 및 시장 진입 계획 실행 경험.
  • TikTok 마케팅에 대한 열정, 그리고 아무것도 없는 상태에서 무언가를 만들어 나가는 도전을 기꺼이 받아들입니다.

In this new era where gaming is mainstream entertainment, Gaming companies have an opportunity to reach and engage a broad audience, and creatively engage with communities to drive impact. With the newly formed Global Gaming Business Marketing team, we have the opportunity to establish how TikTok has become the new Portal to Play. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the team that is showcasing how leading publishers can launch games as culturally-relevant entertainment properties and get broader entertainment audiences to discover, play and further engage with their games.

– Own and develop Korean business marketing programs, including but not limited to media campaigns, industry events, workshops and content marketing, to promote TikTok Gaming targeting the B2B audiences (gaming advertisers, media agencies, industry partners).
– Localise global and regional programs such as global newsletters, thought leadership campaigns, scaled education and always-on marcomm in Korea.
– Partner with Korea/APAC sales leadership to design and execute strategic initiatives to drive the growth of business in the region.
– Drive alignment and collaboration across global, regional and local GBM as well as other cross-functional teams to achieve greater synergies and efficiency.
– Drill into the performance of marketing channels to identify optimal Go-To-Market strategies and offer actionable insights to drive continuous channel optimization towards higher ROI.
– Build and lead external relationships with key partners such as industry associations, B2B media, MMP and media agencies in collaboration with internal teams
– Project management including but not limited to vendor and freelancer management
– Represent Korea/APAC Gaming GBM in various global and regional meetings, sharing learning and updates that speak to measurable business results

Qualifications

– 5-6+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or business strategy. Preferrable in advertising, internet or gaming industry
– Good understanding of the Korean gaming industry and the B2B marketing landscape.
– Experience developing integrated marketing strategies and executing go-to-market plans in Korea.
– Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the ground up.
– A team player and collaborator in a fast-paced global cross functional environment
– Proficient in both Korean and English.
